If you wanted to add more ram to the system, you would need to remove the existing sticks. Combining different ram is not a good idea. They would be from different manufacturers, speeds, and gb. But, I would not recommend buying this desktop pc. Most prebuilts like this one are targeted at buyers who are not experienced with pc's. Please check out https://www.letsbld.com/starter-series. This will be a 10x better buy for your money.
