It can run VR but it requires a USB to USB 3 cable to use VR because there isn't a USB 3 port to plug into. I own the PC and it runs slower than a normal USB 3 cable but still works for VR. This also depends on the type of headset that you own, I own an Oculus Quest and so far the only issue is that the connection is somewhat choppy. I'm not sure if the pc has the requirements for other VR headsets.

Yes. If you look on steam, this pc’s GPU is more powerful than the minimum. It should be able to run VR games just fine. Don’t know why this other person said it couldn’t.
