• A:Answer Hello there, if the rear GPU ports don't have enough HDMI ports, you should consider finding a DisplayPort cable instead of the average HDMI cable. Alternatively, you can find DisplayPort to HDMI adapters online so that you can get those additional HDMI inputs.

• A:Answer Out of the box? No, it comes with Windows 11. You'll need to reformat and reinstall, while I share your preference for win10, finding a pre-built with win10 this close to it's end of life will be difficult.
