This system does meet the requirements to run Star citizen. As for cooling you may want to switch to a liquid cooling AIO, but it also depends on where you live. If you live in an area where the ambient temperature stay fairly cool through out the year you should be OK. If you live like in California or Texas then you would probably want to think about upgrading your cooling.
