“Is this right for me? I need a basic computer but also want to play Minecraft. Will play more intense games in the future. Dont want to have to buy another pc. And want to be able to watch DVD/CDs, and view/store photos. Does it have all that?”

This is a great PC for gaming on all levels. Runs smooth on any game ive ram on it. Unfortunately it does not have a disc fry to watch dvds or listen to cds. But you can store as many photos and videos as you like. Also, it’s very easy and simple to expand your nvme ssd storage in these. All around it’s a very good buy for the price point. Very satisfied with mine.

If you have a lot of photos that you don't want on the cloud, you'll want to upgrade and add a TB SSD drive. It does not have an optical drive. The day of DVD drives is almost gone, systems are not being built with them anymore and the cases used for desktops generally don't have a DVD bay any more.
