A graphics card/onboard graphics is what gives you a display picture when you turn a computer on. This PC says in the Specs it comes with a GTX 1650 graphics card so you do not need one for it unless you want a better one. Also, this PC should be able to hook up to the 2.4 GHz signal on a WiFi extender as previously stated by an IBUYPOWER employee in a older answer, this PC has 2.4 GHz WiFi. Make sure you follow the instructions provided with the WiFi extender as in my own personal experience, they like to be a bit tricky.
