“The graphics card says its made by NVIDIA GTX but what manufacturer sells the card that in this PC i looked up on their website at NVIDA and shows three different manufactures and all three cards have different specs what manufacturer GPU is in this PC”

Hello, We do not list the manufacturer because we use a variety of different b rands in our systems depending on what we have in stock.
