Does this PC have a VCA? null

I assume you mean VGA. Not built in, but it does have a DisplayPort. You can buy a DisplayPort to VGA adapter for under $15. This is what I did as I am connecting 2 VGA monitors. BTW it has 3 DisplayPorts. The description I had only said 2.
