The top HDMI port does not work. The bottom works. How do I fix that? null

There are only 4 slots on the 1660TI video card (laterally, in a line across) . 3 for DP and One for HDMI. The HDMI slots on the upper part of the computer that are one over the other are on the mother board. Do Not use those, use only the one on the video card. You must also make sure your monitor is set to take HDMI, there is a HDMI1 and a HDMI2, then there should be a DP. These show up in the upper right hand corner of monitor(on most models). Top is onboard video. Lower is the video card, use that one. Learned that the hard way.
