Mari Thanks for your interest in iFIT! Yes, if the treadmill is iFIT enabled, the machine will change incline depending on the terrain of the iFIT workout. The iFIT trainer will adjust the speed throughout the workout as well. The user is always able to adjust the incline and speed if needed.
