Thank you for your question. It appears that your display may be set to one of the auto modes or OFF. Press and release the ZZZ (Snooze/Dimmer) button and select Hi, 3, 2, or Low to adjust the display brightness. You also have the option to keep the display OFF or in Auto mode if you wish.
