I purchased the clock December 20, 2024. Love the clock and at first the charger has stopped working. I purchased the Mag phone case to see if that helped. Nope, it didn’t. Is there something I can do to make the charger work again?

I purchased the clock December 20, 2024. Love the clock and at first the charger has stopped working. I purchased the Mag phone case to see if that helped. Nope, it didn’t. Is there something I can do to make the charger work again?

Please make sure the iHome is connected and the phone is facing up and on the center of the charging pad.
Try charging without the protective case to see if this is causing an issue.
