Does it charge with the case on? null

It depends on the case. My iPhone 6 plus has a case where most of the bottom of the phone is exposed (near the microphone, headphone jack, charging dock and speaker). It slides on easily. My wife's case just has a hole for each of those four ports and the case needs to come off to be able to be plugged in.

It should because you just use your regular plug with it. You plug you charge plug into the USB at the back of the clock radio and voila!

Depends on the thickness of the case. I have one case that it will not charge with and one that it will. I also use it for charging my IPad that is in a cover and it will charge with that on as well.

No, it doesn't charge with a case on the phone or iPad! I even have a slim, low-profile case (not bulky like a LifeProof or OtterBox) so I thought it would charge with my case on it but it doesn't. I have to take my phone out of the case every night in order to dock it so it will charge. I'm disappointed by that.
