A:AnswerProbably not, I had a Dodge Journey and for some reason they integrate the environmental controls into the radio head unit. I think they also integrated some other vehicle function into the head unit as well. I don't think it's a good idea trying to put an aftermarket unit in.
Good news is, if you did put another unit in Best Buy will connect the camera up for you assuming that there's a harness (kind of a conversion kit) that's properly pinned for it. Best new is that I doubt there is a harness due to the fact that nobody changes out the head unit.
I'm sorry, I don't much care for Uconnect but I think you're stuck with it on that vehicle.
