A:AnswerHaving a functional stereo in a car like that is certainly important, so I am sorry to hear yours is not working. If the stereo is covered under Geek Squad Protection, it is likely we would attempt to repair it. In some cases, that may not be possible, and other options would need to be considered. The only way to determine how to proceed would be to stop in and work with a Geek Squad Agent. In the event you need to replace the device, we can get you scheduled for a free consultation with our Geek Squad Autotechs to see what system would work best for you.
A:AnswerThank you for reaching out to us with your question! For any installation needs, you’ll want to connect with your local Geek Squad to discuss your options with them. If you haven’t done so yet, visit https://www.bestbuy.com/services/autotech/search to schedule an appointment with your local Geek Squad, and they’ll be happy to discuss your options with you further.
A:AnswerThe cost of a stereo upgrade will depend on what additional parts are needed to get the radios to fit that particular video. If the correct kits for the installs are not available, some custom labor may be required. Please head over to http://bby.me/teppe to set up a free consultation to bring those vehicles in. We can check them out and give you an estimate for the cost of the installs.
A:AnswerPlease head over to http://bby.me/teppe to schedule a free consultation in one of our stores so an Autotech can check your vehicle out and let you know the total cost of parts and labor for that install.

A:AnswerI would go to your local Best Buy store and inquire. They were very good at helping me with the right parts for my son 2016 Nissan Frontier that did not have a supporting radio for a backup camera. I went to the dealer and the price was 5 times what I paid at Best Buy
A:AnswerYes, you can I have a just had my second Pioneer system installed on a 2001 Expedition, however the installer at Geek Squad damaged my dashboard and they actually wanted to spray paint my car to repair it whic is absolutely unacceptable. See the damage for yourself.
A:AnswerI think the math just doesn’t add up there (you’re saying you have a video unit bigger than ur hole in ur truck- I’m not sure they can do that???)...
call your local Best Buy and they’ll be able to verify and tell you for sure..
A:AnswerMost cameras run as long as the power is supplied. One way is to purchase a camera that has a parking feature. This will activate your camera if the car is disturbed while you are absent. Once you start your car again the video will begin recording. Your best bet is to get a system that can take 128gb scandisk and loop record. If your ever in an accident it will save that for insurance or court automatically. If you want to download your driving recording be sure to get a camera with WiFi. Then you can download direct by signing into the camera and downloading.
A:AnswerWe had the geek squad do the stereo because it was free installation. The speakers i purchased separately and they are usually pretty simple to install yourself. With mine it was just a matter of a couple acres and snapping a wire together. Glad i didn’t pay extra for them to do it.
