I had to view my order details after my purchase from Best Buy, and click a button that sent the code to my email. I then logged into the Nvidia app on my pc. Found the link that stated "REDEEM". Entered the code, and followed the rest of the onscreen instructions.

All you need to do is go to (geforce experience app) on your computer and where your profile name is, click it, you will see a redeem option. There you input the exact code-it is CASE SENSITIVE- so do make it exact and it should work, if you have further trouble, i recommend calling bestbuy support n they may help.

you should have recieved an email when the code and instructions. but you redeem it through Nvida Geforce or through your nvidia account. Odds are it will have you link your account to uplay or whatever game engine its going through and then you should be good. Had to do that for star wars outlaws
