• Yes, that's how I'm using it. As long as the docking station power requirements plus the laptop charging requirements don't exceed 100W, you should be fine.

• yes it will. i have 2 monitors, mouse/keyboard/printer/usb to LAN dongle, and laptop all plugged in. no issues with keeping my computer charged
