QuestionWhy is this product even advertised? I had purchased it through Amazon and used it for about a year. I recently got a text and email from Amazon indicating the product was recalled for being dangerous. And caused several fires.

- Answer This model is a P41L-P1 model; it is different from the model that is recalled. The recall model is a B41 sold between August 1, 2021, and April 30, 2022, on Amazon only. And also, there is a form for customers to check if the product they bought is eligible for the recall.
