• At least one of them is. The others may be as well, but I can't confirm this.

• ARC is audio return channel. It is an audio output for a sound bar, or receiver. Allowing you to use the television remote to control the external audio device. Alternatively you can use it as an HDMI input, and use digital optical out. However, optical out will not control audio device. Meaning you would need two remotes, or a universal to control TV and external audio device.
