“I was so happy with this cable and it suddenly quit charging! Several months old and had bought a couple other shorter ones that are still going strong! No visible damage! Any ideas what I may be able to check?”

• You can return if not a year old. I was told this by one of the sales person.

• Make sure you are using the correct adapter plug with this cord. You probably need one rated at 12W.
