QuestionWhen you first plug freezer in. What do you set the dial to ? Dial has max and minimum. Do you set at max first to get cold then turn down, set half way or at minimum? There is no number settings. The user guide does not tell you. Model NS-CZ10WH6

- Answer We have ours set halfway. It does just fine and is sub-zero. If you want a specific temperature, I suggest getting a sub-zero thermometer to place in the freezer and adjust accordingly.

- Answer Look in your book that came with the freezer; call them and they will either let you know that they have them in stock or refer you to another company to order them (that's what I did).
