I have the fridge set on a 3.... have 2 thermometers 1 in freezer - 0 deg / 1 in the fridge - 38 deg I have swapped them and have the same reading within 1-3 deg. These temps have been consistent after 24-30 hrs... you would have to work the thermostat to raise that high. The forced air fan moves the cold air thru out quite well Hope this is helpful. Terry
