Yes. I am using it on a 21” monitor without any issues. It should work on any size monitor with video connections.

It should work with any display device that has a VGA (HD-15) connector. Depending on image size and ambient electrical interference you may see minor artifacts but there are none visible in the system using the item I purchased.

It it has a serial port connection then you would need the cable with 2 female connectors on it but you can use this one in conjunction with the 2 female cable to make it longer
