I doubt you would be able to stream with this as this is basically a USB power strip. For streaming I'd recommend a device called the Screenbeam mini by Actiontec (SKU: 5637023). This will allow you to stream from your phone to your TV even if you do not have WiFi.

Not unless your tv has a connection for USB. Most tv's only have hdmi or audio input/output cables.
