“Bought this last month, charges my IPhone 11 in an Otterbox Defender case great , all of a sudden 2 of last 3 days, not charging, not the charger, its charging 2 other IPhones no problem. anyone else having this problem? advice how to fix it? Thanks”

My mom hasn't had this issue. I would suggest looking into the warranty of the device. Also, I don't mean to insult your intelligence, but sometimes I've fixed phone issues by oe forming a manual restart. Also, try taking the phone out the case to see if it works. Sometimes material can get on the case and disrupt charging connection.
