I think nothing. They both use the 15W input, and I assume both offer 10-15W of output (to facilitate fast charging, which is limited to 7.5W on the iPhone). I think they're just adding $5 to the cost since it's apple-associated.

This one has better fast charging and is compatible with more phones.
