Will this charge a Samsung 9+? null

It should I have the s9 it's a slow charge but it's better than nothing

Yes! as long as you buy the one that is for Samsung. it will say it on the bottom of the package or in the tile.

It charges my Samsung Galaxy S8 active, so I would say yes!
