• Yes, the shelves are definitely adjustable. Think of your oven in terms of the shelves and you have the right idea. We use it for multiple applications, and have it sets for roughly 45 degrees. It can certainly be used for produce, veggies, milk, Etc ( we have safely put eggs in and had no problem)
