“Why won’t it get colder than 40F degrees? I have it set at 33F. It’s in an air conditioned room, the door is properly closed and it is free standing not next to a wall. I’d like it to cool to the recommended temp of 35F. Thanks”

I’m not sure why yours isn’t cooling. There may be a problem with it. I’ve got mine set to 1 degree C/33.8 degrees F. It took 24 hours for it to reach that temp though. Hope this helps. Good luck!
