If you can follow the minimum spacing around the unit requirements then sure it can be installed under the counter.
But as a traditional undercounter style, NO this fridge will not work. You need to find one that exhausts the hot air out the front under the door to work under the counter.

No; it needs a couple inches of ventilation space on all sides. Manual states not for use as a built-in.

That’s my plan. Have not installed yet. I bought both the drink and wine options. Wish they were the same size, 1 is about a 1” wider then the other.

Yes, it fits into a 33 inch tall space, thats what i'm using it for.

It certainly appears so; we haven't had our new counters built, but we're planning to place ours under the counter within the lower cabinets, and measured pretty carefully.
