“Is the temperature of fully adjustable like up to 60°? I want to be able to keep wines, cheese, butter, fruits and veggies, etc....things that should be refrigerated, but not below 50°. (U.S. mandates food fridges go no higher than 40°, which is safer)”

I don’t think this fridge can go up to 60 degrees F. I think it Max’s out at 50. Right now I have mine set at 33.8 degrees F/ 1 degree C. I keep all my beverages in there along with candy and other assorted snacks. It should easily keep other refrigerated foods cold. It takes about 24 hours for the fridge to be ready before putting food in it. There is no freezer. It’s really nice though. I really like this fridge. Have a great day!
