• It does have white LED lighting that can be turned on or off from the control panel (unaffected by door opening/closing.) They can be left on continuously.

• It does have an led light and a light switch on off button next to the temperature adjustment buttons. From what I’ve seen, you can turn on the light and leave it on until you decide to turn it off. I personally leave the light off because of the location that the fridge is in. I’ve left it on for a couple of days, just to try it out.

• There is LED lights inside the cooler I sometimes leave them on 24hrs or for days with no issue

• There are led, however the light from the temperature is sufficient light in our dark bedroom without being too bright. I wouldn't leave the lights on continuously.
