“Why do you continue to sell these units when Insignia acknowledged that the shelves are not fitting properly and will be replaced sometime in the future? I continue having issues with cans and bottles tumbling out of the cooler when opening the door.”

I’m just a customer like you and have had this issue as well. It’s an easy fix however. Just flip the shelf upside-down. The lip at the front of the shelf will keep cans from rolling forward.
