Has anyone used this as a cheese cave. I would put an inkbird temperature controller on it to keep temperature about 53° and add an inkbird humidity controller with a pond fogger inside a bowl of water to keep humidity around 80%. Is condensation a proble null

I believe you could use it for cheese. I’m not sure about your humidity control idea.
