I've had it set in the lowest temperature at 35F for almost a whole week now but none of my drinks are cold. They seem to be at toom temperature. Is there something I missed during setup? Or is it defective? null

 Before I decided to buy this product I went online to search for more reviews and I cant remember where I saw one review with the same problem you're having. This person actually had to get it fixed for it to work.
