Of course just make sure they are screw on caps and lay them on their sides. I'm thinking you should be able to fit at least 4 gallons in it

I use it for beer and soda and keep there temp at 40 degrees which is fine for milk and juice as well. The shelves are adjustable.

I use it for additional refrigeration capacity. I store juice, milk and other dairy products without any problem. I don't know how many gallons as I only use a small portion of the overall space for the items you are asking about. Hope this helps! Cheers

Yes this can be used for gallon containers. It has adjustable shelves. I estimate by moving the shelves it can hold 4 - 6 gallons of milk or juice.
