A:AnswerThis is not true with mine. When you unplug it and put it back on, it goes to the default settings and not to the previous settings. This is a big problem and will need to send it back if customer support cannot find a solution.

I would recommend this freezer to any one-I love mine; it was a great second freezer and I like the temp control on the door to set it up how cold you want it.

mode is 10° F ~-11° F (-12° C~-24° C. The temperature range for Fridge mode is
