“Is the depth of the product (front to rear) including the handle and how far it sticks out from the freezer? Or is the depth (front to back) just the size of the actual freezer and you must add 2-3 more inches for the handle sticking out?”

It is 33 inches with handle. 30 without. Honestly put a magnet on the drilled holes if you don't have room. the top of the door has a nice recessed grip. Love my freezer!
