Can I go to store and see this item before buying? null

Sure you can; I just called them and set up an appointment that I wanted to buy one and they told me where to park and they walked me in the store up front and they had it ready for me... I would recommend this freezer to any one-I love mine; it was a great second freezer and I like the temp control on the door to set it up how cold you want it.
