“temperature is set at 0 the inside temperature is at -4 is this to low”

• I don't know the "temperature gods" technical answer, but I put EVERYTHING in food saver bags, so for me, -4 doesn't sound bad. My ice cream isn't hard as a rock either. I honestly don't know what the inside temp should be, but it bugs me that you find it's not the same zero degrees as the panel says.
