Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure what you mean by "garage ready" but i put mine in my garage here in Arizona. The interior of the garage (as long as the door is down) hasn't gone above 105 degrees and my freezer seems to be handling it just fine. I did put a box fan out there pointed at it to help stir the air and there's plenty of air space around all sides of the unit. So far so good, but it is only about 2 months old. I check it every day. My son (who knows a/c issues well, says it should be fine as long as it isn't in direct sun (which it isn't.)

I did reach out to best buy an was able to purchase a extension cord. It’s a great spacious refrigerator/freezer. I’m using it as a refrigerator. Great buy for the price, I highly recommend…….
