• I don't think this will be suitable for laptops, however you'll have to check the specs for power on the computer.

• Dont think so bc we kept trying laptop chargers on our smaller devices & nothing would work. I think laptops use a higher voltage or something (but dont quote me on that). Im using this on a WD TV Live device and a small external hard drive. They make a universal one for laptops but this isnt it

• Probably not. The NS-PWLC593 or the NS-PWLC591 will probably be what you need instead. It will depend on the model of your laptop.
