It is a 2.1 amp ac power adapter with a voltage range of 3 to 12v. I bought if for a 12v need and it is working great. I used it a few times for a piece of equipment that requires 18v to charge. The equipment would function but it would not charge with the low voltage amp on it. While I am not much of a tech guy, I would lean toward saying no, I don't think this particular item would fit your needs.

A:AnswerI bought one recently hoping it would power a Dell monitor. Luckily, it had the right size adapter and works wonderfully! Will it power a keyboard? I suspect it would, but there's no way to really tell.
