QuestionI've ordered the NS-UZ17SS0 freezer, it will arrive in two days. To get it through the door I will need to remove the freezer door to reduce its width. How do I remove the door? I have downloaded the manual but there is no mention of how to do this.

- Answer 1. Remove the right upper hinge cover, and then disconnect the wire harness connector under the hinge cover. 2. Remove the screws and the upper hinge. 3. Lift the door up and remove the door.

- Answer Mine does the same thing. Have to use both hands to open - one to stabilize and one to pull door open. Inconvenient. Don’t think there is a way to mount since owners manual says unit must be 3.9 inches from the back wall.

QuestionThe door will not close on its own. if you push it closed it stops with 1 inch gap. If you push harder it will close. Can the Hinge be adjusted so the hinge side gasket will not be so tight? If so how??? thank you
