(Hot Sides) - Was it misused or damaged in some way (accidental or not)? - When and where did you make the purchase? - Do you still have the receipt? If so, please attach a picture of it. In this case, I would suggest to perform a power cycle of it by following these steps: 1. Disconnect the refrigerator power cord from the wall outlet. 2. Turn the controls to "Off" or "0" inside the fridge. 3. Wait for an hour. 4. Adjust the fridge controls to the desired setting. 5. Allow the unit up to one day to adjust to a stable temperature.
