“Is it just ours, or do these refrigerators struggle to get and stay cold? I'm on the second one, due to an exchange because the first wasn't keeping a good temp, but the second isn't much different so far. Is this happening to anyone else?”

I had to turn mine up to 5 . It doesn't keep things very cold. Also if power goes out it automatically resets to 3. The freezer works better. Mine makes some strange noises. " Poltergeist"
