QuestionHi Lisa, You're saying the compressor could take up to 24 hours to turn on? I had the fridge running for 5 days and the temperature started rising on its own we'll above what the settings were supposed to allow. Temperature swings of 30° in the freezer?

QuestionWhat is the degree change necessary for the compressor to kick on to start cooling? Ex: If I have the freezer set to level 3 (coldest) and it should be -11.2 degrees F, but it's now reading at 27.8 degrees F, when can I expect the compressor to kick on?

- Answer It should already be adjusting the temperature. I don't hear a single sound from mine and it's set at the highest as well. I like my ice crystal clear and dry so I don't have to use an ice pick!

QuestionWhat is the difference between an Insignia Model NS-RTM18WH2 priced at $649.99 and an Insignia Model NS-RTM18WHD2 priced at $579.99? Other than price, both are 18 cu. ft with top freezer, and both are from Best Buy.
