“Can this TV play MP4 files from USB?”

• I just checked it and it won't play videos from a USB drive- only pictures. And I can't get the slide show feature to work with photos.

• I frequently create mp4 slideshows for our SmartTVs where I work. We recently bought these TVs to use in other areas of our business and were told that we would be able to play mp4 slideshows on it. Very disappointed that not only can I NOT play mp4 slideshows using a USB drive, but the slideshow feature/option doesn't work. It doesn't allow me to choose "slideshow" as a option with just adding jpg photos to the USB drive. After trying multiple work arounds, it will only feature one photo at a time. We bought these TVs specifically for using it for slideshows. We will definitely be returning asap. Very disappointed.
