“The screen images on my TV are not sharp. I connected an HDMI cable to my Cox mini box & the HDMI port on the TV, but was unable to select HDMI as an option on either the Insignia or Cox remote. Why is this & how can I get a clearer picture?”

• Well, as it turns out, my HDMI cable was not rated for high speed. Once I used a high speed cable, I was able to choose the HDMI setting and the picture is now clear. Problem solved!
