Yes, you can watch what is on your cellphone, on your Insignia 19” 720p TV. That is why I bought the same TV. I’m going to connect an Apple TV to the TV and watch what is on my iPod. The iPod’s screen is too small to watch TV shows and movies. You can use a Roku TV or an Android TV as they are cheaper and basically do the same thing.
